Narrative:
Since before he could walk, Blanco has loved the sand and sea. In grade school he would always take handful of sand each week with him to examine under the microscope and discovered a world
not so different from our own under there. The colors on his face represent the array of colors that each grain of sand is made of. Naturally his passion for sand turned into a passion for glass. He loves how
transparent and unique each piece of sand is, and applies it to the art of glass blowing. He views himself just as colorful, transparent and unique as each grain of sand that he has made into glass.
